Losing weight......

Week 64……

Yay…..1.5lb off this week….. I’ll take that!!

Saturday: Weetabix with strawberries for breakfast. A kit kat salted caramel chunky. McDonald’s 9 chicken nuggets and chips with ketchup for late lunch. Pizza and garlic bread for dinner.

The bf has kindly given me his cold. And due to phones stuff seem to be spending time in McDonald’s.

Sunday: McDonald’s double sausage and egg muffin meal with extra hash brown for brunch. Some fruit. Cold & flu pills. Roast chicken with roast potatoes and vegetables and gravy for dinner.

Monday: Didn’t make it to work today. For breakfast I had porridge with yogurt and fruit. Some fruit. For lunch I had chees and crackers and a small bag of Doritos. Dinner was chicken and chorizo pasta.

Tuesday: Porridge with yogurt for breakfast. Fruit. Lunch was ham salad Olin a wrap with a HiFi bar and mousse. Dinner was jacket potato cheese beans sausages and salad and a mini milk ice cream.

Wednesday: Yogurt and fruit for breakfast. Fruit. Lunch was leftover sausage & chicken leg with salad.went wrong for dinner….Pizza and garlic bread and ice cream.

Thursday: Yogurt and fruit for breakfast. Fruit, a mousse thing. Lunch didn’t quite go to plan, was out with work colleagues, had cheese and ham toastie. SlimmingWorld chilli with naan bread and mint dark chocolate and mini milk ice cream for dinner.

Friday: For breakfast porridge with fruit and yogurt. Fruit. For lunch homemade tomato soup with a slice of bread. Spaghetti bolognese for dinner. Around 6 syns

I can hope this week that I’ve lost, but I can’t see how……
