Losing weight......

Weeks 44 & 45……

So….1/2lb on this week. Not bad considering I’ve had an hit and miss week!

Saturday: Overnight oats with yogurt and fruit. Some fruit. A few of my sausage rolls. SlimmingWorld recipe lasagne with salad and a few chips for dinner.

Sunday: Kippers and two slices of white bread for breakfast. Some fruit. A couple of my sausage rolls. BBQ for dinner….Powters Skinny Sausages…1syn each.

Monday: Overnight oats with yogurt and fruit. Some fruit. For lunch salad with leftover bbq sausages and mayo and an Alpen light bar. For dinner leftover lasagne with salad. Around 15syns.

Tuesday: Overnight oats with yogurt and fruit for breakfast. Some fruit.  A couple of hifi bars. For lunch a lettuce, cucumber and cheese sandwich (I was at my parents, and i needed to eat!)  For dinner cheese tomato and bacon omelette and salad.

Wednesday: Weetabix with fruit for breakfast. Some fruit. Lunch was Heinz spag bol and for dinner we had jacket potato with cheese beans sausages and broccoli with cheese sauce.

Thursday: Overnight oats with yogurt and fruit. Some fruit. Lunch was Heinz spag bol and Alpen light bar. Dinner fine dining at McDonald’s…..grilled chicken and bacon salad with balsamic dressing. 9syns today.

Friday: Overnight oats with yogurt and fruit. Some fruit. Then it all went wrong……I’m not going to bother recording what I’ve eaten until Monday as the food at the World Rally Cross at Silverstone isn’t at all on plan!!!

No weigh in this week as away for the weekend……

Sunday: Junk food and an apple.

Monday: Not complete rubbish, but not a great day. Some fruit.

Tuesday: Overnight oats with yogurt and frozen fruit. Fruit. Salad with SlimmingWorld bbq pork balls. Old El Paso cheesy enchiladas with salad for dinner. Around 15syns

Wednesday: Overnight oats with yogurt and frozen fruit. Fruit. Salad with tuna and sweetcorn. SlimmingWorld chicken Kiev, SlimmingWorld chips and baked beans. Two HiFi bars. Around 9syns.

Thursday: Overnight oats with yogurt and fruit. A little fruit. Not well today. Tuna and sweetcorn wrap for lunch with some crisps an Alpen light bar. Sweet and sour chicken with rice for dinner. Around 10syns.

Friday: Overnight oats with yogurt and fruit. Some fruit. For lunch I had omelette with bacon a little cheese and tomatoes. For dinner pasta with a sort of bolognese sauce with a little cheese and salad. Around 6syns.

Fingers crossed for a loss this week……4.5lb would be nice for my next shiny, but don’t expect even a 1/2lb loss after the last weekend!! I’ll be happy with a maintain…… but don’t expect that either!!!!
